Mill Bay Boardwalk

Look out for wildlife below.

Narooma walks | Mill Bay Boardwalk

The Boardwalk is situated on the northern side of Wagonga Inlet and starts at Mill Bay. Heading north, turn first right after crossing the Narooma bridge into Centenary Drive, and first right again to park at Mill Bay. Or continue to Apex Park, park your vehicle, cross at the boat ramp, and start the Boardwalk from there.

This walk is the perfect way to appreciate the natural beauty of Narooma and watch the many activities taking place on its expansive waterway. You can sometimes see large schools of fish and stingrays often make graceful appearances. An option is to continue the walk along the left hand side of the Narooma Bridge, cross the Highway, and pick up the walk/cycle path along Riverside Road to the delightful eateries overlooking Forsters Bay.

Alternatively, stay on the path after crossing the bridge, walk the foreshore in front of the caravan park, past the Narooma Olympic swimming pool, the Town Wharf, Rotary Park and on to Australia Rock, the look-out and the breakwall at the Wagonga Inlet entrance.

Length: Boardwalk 350 metres one way | Walk/Cycle path: both 1 km one way
Grade: Level, easy - wheelchair friendly
Access: The walk starts at the boat ramp of Centenary Drive on the northern side of the inlet.
